Q. Where do you get your products from?
A. The dog treats sold here are made in the USA by independent dog treat companies. Hopefully, we’ll sell under our own name down the line.

A. All of the treats sold on our site are made right here in the USA.

Q. Where can I find out the ingredients, calories, and other nutritional information about your products?
A. Right there on the product page.

Q. Do you sell “Certified Organic” dog treats?
A. Yes we do! If a product is “Certified Organic,” it will proudly say so.

Q. I have a product that I think you should offer - how do I tell you?

Q. What are your business office hours?
A. The Specialty Dog Treats office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET), Monday through Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.

Q. Do I need access to the Internet and an email address to purchase from our site?
A. Yes, you need Internet access for online ordering, and we use email to send communications about your order.

Q. How do I order dog treats?
A. By ordering on line through our website. We are not set up to accept telephone orders.

Q. How will I know if my order has been received?
A. When you place an order with us, an Order Confirmation email is sent to you within 24 hours.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express, and Paypal.

Q. How will I receive my order?
A. We ship your order via Fedex, UPS or the US Postal Service, or by hand if you have a Manhattan delivery address.

Q. How long does this take?
A. It usually takes about 5-7 business days from the shipping date.

Q. Can I get my order faster?
A. Sure! Contact us via our contact page and we will do our best to try to accommodate you by using a faster shipping method.

Q. How are shipping rates calculated?
A. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of items in your order and the location of the delivery. Your total shipping charges will automatically display on the Checkout page before you submit your order for completion.

Q. What about sales taxes?
A. You will only be charged sales taxes if your order is delivered in New York State; everyone else gets a break.

Q. How do I track my order?
A. You may track your order by accessing your online account and viewing the order status and tracking information in the order history details.

Q. What if the item I want is not in stock?
A. Your requested item will be placed on backorder. When the item becomes available, it will be shipped to you. We will send you periodic emails regarding any backordered items.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. We want you to be satisfied with your order. If it is not right, we will fix it, exchange it or take it back. Please contact us through our contact page and we’ll do our best make things right.
